A practical AI plan for the practice — not a slide deck from nowhere.
AI strategy here means sitting with how the firm actually works, picking a few workflows worth changing, and writing the security and change plan so partners can say yes without gambling client files or the Monday open.
Who it is for
Owners who are being sold copilots and agents and want a partner who will still be on the phone when a workflow breaks — not a one-off workshop.
What you leave with
- Three to five candidate workflows, ranked by time saved versus risk to client data.
- A security and identity plan that matches the readiness and AI security work.
- A 90-day sequence: pilot, measure, keep or kill — with a named person at our desk.
How it starts
- Call the desk. We book time with the people who do the work, not only the people who buy software.
- We map a week in the practice: intake, review, filing, billing, evidence.
- You get a written plan you can take to partners. Implementation is a separate, clear next step.
Strategy without a desk is a PDF. We write the plan and remain the people you call. That is the difference from a national slide shop.
We do not promise that AI will replace the practice. We look for the busywork that keeps a closer, a paralegal, a plant clerk, or a billing lead from opening the day — and we keep a human in the loop where judgment matters.
If you already had a readiness or AI security assessment, strategy uses that. If you have not, we start there so the plan is not built on a hope that MFA and backups are fine.
Questions firms ask
- Is this only for large firms?
- No. Smaller practices often get more from two well-chosen automations than from an enterprise platform they will not staff.
- Do you sell a specific AI product?
- We recommend what fits the tenant you already have — usually Microsoft 365 or Google — and what we can support when someone calls.
